Rushed and Unprofessional
While I understand that doctors often work under time constraints, Dr. Rad frequently claimed to be in a rush, which resulted in a lack of thoroughness and attention to my questions and concerns. This rushed approach left me feeling unheard and uninformed about my own health situation.Furthermore, Dr. Rad failed to provide clear and complete information to the nursing staff, which led to a significant breakdown in communication. The nurses were left in a difficult position, appearing disorganized and confused due to the lack of direction they were given. I received conflicting information from different staff members, which only added to the confusion and frustration of the experience.The overall disorganization made my hospital stay very stressful.
