Dr. Kishan Maramraj, MD

Dr. Maramraj is an alright doctor but he is not caring whatsoever. Very condescending, rude, and impatient. Whatever you do find another physician.

Dr. Maramraj is absolutely the worst Dr. I have ever went to he doesn't listen to your problems and he stood by the door the whole time of my visit I had just got out of the hospital and he replied maybe you need to go back he was very unprofessional and needs to be reported to the medical board since then I refused to see him so he made it like I was not in compliance so no one in that office will see me. Find another doctor he is definitely not the one to care for anyone

On the surface, initially appears to be quite calm and nice. Sadly, questions regarding recommendations do not appear to be welcomed and becomes inpatient/condescending when more detailed explanations are requested. For older patients, status quo care seemed the norm. Efforts to reach out to patients and communicate with them, when very appropriate, were little to none. Elderly members of our family had become very frustrated by lack of attention to detail as well. Very sad experience.

He has been my primary care physician since he arrived in this area. I find him to be calm, caring, considerate and professional. He listens to my concerns and discusses treatments and the reason for his recommendations.

I saw him once when my regular doctor was on vacation. He is not a particularly warm person, but he really listened when I described my symptoms. Based on the level of pain I was experiencing, he prescribed Hydrocodone, which was really cool because so many doctors are gunshy now when it comes to opioids. He referred me for an immediate ultrasound, reviewed the results as soon as they came through, and then recommended a CT scan ASAP. I definitely felt that he was on top of things, and that he is a highly competent consummate professional. Sometimes I wish my regular doctor were unavailable again :)

I saw Dr. Maramraj for an urgent problem when my usual provider with the same practice was not available. I was disappointed at his non-caring attitude and unconcern. I scheduled an appointment for follow up with my usual provider when I did not get better. I took the initiative for the follow up; he did not recommend a follow up. At that follow up appointment with my usual provider, It was determined that I needed some tests and medication for a condition Dr. Maramraj never considered.
