Great communication and knows his stuff

He and his team took a 54 year old shoulder and repaired it perfectly. Feels great. His insistence on never cutting rehab was the best advice. Year and a half later and it feels fantastic.

Among several other things, HE DID NOT LISTEN TO HIS PATIENT and was very condescending. I had to go to another surgeon to clean up HIS mess. There is so much more, I wish that I had recognized the red flags, but I had been in a car accident and didn't have the luxury to get other opinions.

As a RN/BSN, it takes a lot to impress me when it comes to doctors. However, Dr Reynolds impressed me tremendously, and I wouldn't trust my orthopedic care to anyone but him. He took a lot of time with me. Answered my questions. Nurses make terrible patients , and yet he made me feel listened to and respected. He included me in the final decisions of the treatment plan going forward. Just the most outstanding doctor I have ever had the privilege of interacting with.

Dr Reynolds and his team did a great job on my shoulder replacement. He always explained everything completely. I don't think my outcome could have been any better. I would highly recommend if you are having shoulder problems to go see Dr Reynolds

Not only is Dr. Reynolds an excellent surgeon, he is compassionate, understanding, and personal. He is willing to go the extra mile to research and collaborate with other specialists to determine the absolute best way to repair a shoulder. We appreciated his aggressive yet cautious and thorough approach to my surgery. I have recommended him to several friends who feel the same way about him. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Dr. Reynolds was very thorough in reviewing images I brought in from other providers. Other doctors looked at the images and concurred on the proper treatment plan to relieve my knee pain. I was very impressed with Dr. Reynolds’ focused attention on my concerns and truly happy to hear him say he’d rather treat the patient than the X-ray. He advised me that by treating the X-ray, he may be creating more problems than he is resolving. I asked if he could expedite my surgery because of my frustration with chronic knee pain. His staff and Justin communicated promptly on possible dates and placed me on a cancellation list. I had my first consult with Dr. Reynolds on a Monday and had surgery on Thursday. This type of response cannot happen without a well-trained, caring, compassionate team. Dr. Reynolds’ caring philosophy has been fully adopted by his staff and I feel so fortunate to have found him. Thank you Dr. Reynolds and your great team! Baptist hospital was tip top too!

Well I only went there twice but he listens and he tells you what the problem is and he really don’t mind touching you where the problem is he truly is very helpful.

Very informative pre and post opp. The care and time he takes is like none I have ever seen. Highly recommended

Very nice, gave me my options with his care and was I unbiased in my decision on my plan of care. Will definitely follow up with him if further care is needed.

Dr Reynolds is very attentive to the patient’s concerns and questions, he listens to the patient. He always takes the time to go over all the test results, treatment option, and follow up instructions.

Dr. Reynolds is a totally awesome sports medicine doc! I have never seen an ortho doc work so hard to get to the root of your pain/problem, especially for chronic issues. Very nice to have options other than take more/stronger NSAIDS and try this brace. When my children had knee issues, he is the only one I would trust them to see.
