Awful
My elderly father went to see him after a fall. Doctor ordered X-rays, and my father never heard back regarding the results. Five full days later, my mother called to check on the results and was told at that time that my father had fractured his shoulder. I guess that wasn’t pertinent information? Anytime one of my parents has an issue, it’s basically impossible to get them care or medication. Stay away from Signature altogether. They care about the number of patients generating money, and not patient care.

Highly recommended caregiver….
Dr. Kinjal Patel, my Primacare physician, consistently provides exceptional care. He is thoughtful, thorough, professional, and prompt in addressing medical concerns. His evidence-based decisions align with my scientific background. Dr. Patel embodies qualities one seeks in a medical professional. I highly recommend as a Primary Physician!

"doctor" Kinjal Patel, 0/100,
My experience with "doctor" Kinjal Patel has been miserable. You will not be able to get any help in filling prescriptions. Once he sends it out, he will go through zero effort in following up with pharmacies or your insurance company. He has a "bucket" of prescriptions (what his staff calls his pile of prescriptions that he has yet to send out to pharmacies). He is seemingly incapable of communication outside of an occasional portal message, 3-7 days after you initially message him. Literally go anywhere else.

Awesome PCP
One of the best PCP I have had! Non judgmental, listens and takes his time with you. His staff are all great as well. Felt so comfortable and confident with him I sent both my adult sons to him as well. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

He was my husbands Dr. for a few years. Knowing his history of aortic valve surgery, pace maker. When we went to see him about his throat and the difference in his voice he only took a culture and said all was well! Then several weeks later his chest on the heart side was distorted and we were worried. After a examine no test he said it was muscle & no problem. He went back a week later feeling worse and ASKED for blood work and chest X-ray we were so worried!!! We were called at 4 am to come to the hospital he had endocarditis which wasn’t diagnosed and very serious!!! After many antibiotics and hospital stays my husband died at 68 yrs old when surgeons tried to repair the damage to the valve which the infection caused and a tear behind it that . This miss diagnosis of a serious known aortic valve infection should have been caught. Sadly a simple blood tests would have shown this months earlier before all the damage. Three trips to his office !!!

His office staff was pleasant and nurse was pleasant also. He came in timely and knew exactly what my issue was after hearing symptoms and doing a quick exam.
