I had a 2:20 appointment scheduled on 3/3/2021. I'm a new patient so I got there at 1:50pm to fill out the paperwork. I finished the forms at 2:10 pm and was told they'd call me when to pull up because of Covid. Remember, I'm a new patient, long story short, I was still sitting in my car at 3:30pm. I called office and said I'm leaving. The worst service I've seen in a long time. That's fine if your busy and I know sometimes doctors are running behind but a call would of been nice. Will now look for another doctor.

Ridiculously unprofessional. The staff as well, waited a month and some change to get my husband’s death certificate signed.

The staff is the worst! Most ignorant, uneducated bunch of jerks I've ever seen in a professional atmosphere. Their behavior would not be tolerated anywhere else and shouldn't be tolerated here. I will never return to this low level practice. I hope this practice is investigated, severely reprimanded and everyone there fired. Do yourselves a favor and find another doctor with people who actually care about the patients. They work for you NOT the other way around!

Very disappointed. Came in as a walk in today due to possible strep throat, even left work early just to make it before their cut off time, waited over an hour just to be told that they will not see my children because I did not want to transfer my children permanently over to their location and that “it’s too much work for us to do just that to see them only one time”. They didn’t mind telling me that they could see me for $100 though! Waste of time, very uncaring staff and Doctor. Opted out.

The worst I've experienced.., incompetent, unprofessional and rude. The wait time is obsurd, they bring you in and perform useless test so they can get paid, the staff is clueless. I'm surprise this guy is still in business.

Dr. Kingsley is very thorough. He leaves no stone unturned. His PA, Brett, is great! We might have to wait a bit in the lobby, but we travel an hour to utilize their services and wouldn't change.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Ugochukwu. I told him I had pain in most of my joints just like I had told all doctors that I've had in the past, but they didn't do any testing to find out WHY I was hurting so bad; Dr Ugochukwu did. He discovered I had Rheumatoid Arthritis and what was causing the daily pain in my joints was Gout. The testing also showed my B12 and Vitamin D levels were low. Dr Ugochukwu also has my utmost respect because he took the time to explain my test results to me.
