Desk Staff is awful
I think Dr. Tucker is a top notch doctor, but his desk support staff is awful, rude, unhelpful, and makes loads of mistakes. They misread my file all the time, refuse to schedule bloodwork before a wellness check, and tell me there is no urine test required when there always is for a wellness check. They code bloodwork wrong and i get bills when insurance should cover it and then they blame it on someone else. Then when I say I am going to tell the doctor, they have the office manager call me to placate and cover it up so he never knows about it. I am telling him anyway.
