super dismissive. doesn’t care about needs and is always in a rush

Her staff is rude and totally unhelpful. Impossible to get a prescription refilled.

Tsuchiya absolutely does not listen. Likes to talk talk fast and hardly ever lets you speak doesn't show real concern or care for what you say doesn't treat you like human more like number maybe she hates her job I don't know. Absolutely will not go back to her

I came because I am sick. She does not care and will not listen. I know she is busy and has other patients. I am a patient too.

Kaykay and Samantha are always welcoming. Dr Tushiya is a great listner.

Samantha and Alisa were friendly and Doctor helped get my medications in order. So happy with my new office.

Dr. T takes the time to do a full exam and cares about you. I will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely needs to work on bedside manner. Rude. Rushed, and dismissive. All the things you don’t want in a doctor. Will be doing everything I can do avoid seeing her again. It takes a lot to get me to a point of complete dissatisfaction with a DR, as I am in the health care industry, but she needs a new career path.

She was really attentive She listened to what I had to say and gave me the needed resources she was amazing

She doesn't listen, she gets offended if you ask questions she doesn't know the answer to, she cuts you off mid sentence, she's in a hurry and treats you like she doesn't have time, she's rude, when she does "listen" you can tell she wasn't listening at all by her reply, she really needs to go back to school for her profession cause she apparently doesn't remember what she learned, she has no professionalism and should Not be working in this industry.

Checking on labs and other recommendations and explained everything well and what I should do.. I am happy with visit. I love the Dynamics we have so we can plan my care. At the end of the day I take stewardship of my health.

I have no complaints about this physician. Efficient, direct, thorough, very polite.

Unfortunately for a few months things have been very difficult (Dr. never asked) there has been some tragedies in the family including the death of my brother less than a month ago after a short 9 month battle of very rare cancer with no treatment. I have a 35-year-old injury have tried everything with no relief. 3 weeks I waited for a refill calling asking why Nobody not one person said you need to come see the doctor first then you would get it For 3 weeks I suffered unnecessarily and this doctor made me feel like I was lying to get extra pills or something. Now I have to go to pain management for my pills my husband's on the exact same thing for exact same length of time and he doesn't. She does not have a bedside manner or disposition for the job

Office staff and Dr. were amazing. Very much appreciated the kindness from everyone in the office, including Dr. Tsuchiya.

Dr Tsuchiya was in a hurry, she does not listen, Not paying attention at all my needs .

Dr. Tsuchiya is pleasant, attentive, friendly and easy to talk to. Her caring staff will make you feel welcomed and treat you with respect. Great healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
