Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Nightmare for my disabled veteran husband. Rude office staff and Dr. They also have employees give them reviews. Look at all the 1 star reviews they have then look at the glowing reviews given by employees. We found this out by the rude letter sent by office manager. Funny then researched her and saw elaborate, glowing review of the practice.

After several years of dealing with an infected ingrown toenail and having the nail painfully removed twice by other doctors, dr Wilkins was recommended by a co-worker. I was impressed with her friendly bedside manner and excellent care. I had no pain during nail removal and it is healing nicely without pain. Thank you Dr. Wilkins!! The staff were exceptional also :)

This review is more for the staff than for Dr. Wilkins. Dr. Wilkins was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. She said I needed an MRI and they would request approval from my insurance. That was 9 WEEKS ago. After 2 weeks I called to see what the delay was, I was told that a nurse would get back with me. I never received ANY call back AT ALL. I don't know if the issue is with my insurance or not, but I find it extremely unprofessional that there seems to be ZERO follow up or communication

Not recommended. Dr. cancelled a pre-op appointment due to vacation. Failed to cancel surgery at hospital. I received a phone call from the hospital and told them to contact Dr’s office. Dr’s office called day before the scheduled surgery and asked if I could keep the surgery date without having the pre-op appt. When I said no due to work being rescheduled, pre-op appt scheduled for following week. They called 30 min prior to that appt and said she was overbooked. Beware.

Dr Wilkins is very good. My low score of her is because of the staff she has and this is just as important in my opinion as the Dr. We all know that the staff are the ones we cumminicate with more after we have seen the Dr. I wish she had a great team behind her but I am not impressed at all with the tech she has or follow thru from the front desks when I call I with questions. I am promised a call back but it has yet to happen and this is not the first time. It is quit unprofessional!!
