They forgot me for 30 minutes in the patient room. I then went to the desk to ask what was going on and they said the doctor forgot I was there and was now with another patient and I would have to continue waiting. Months later I find out they billed me as a medical visit rather than a physical because the doctor prescribed an antibiotic cream for a cut I had. That cut cost me $100. Oh, and did try to ask for the bill and settle it before leaving the office but they said they didn't have time to do that and would it send it to me later. Horrible experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Warfield's when she practiced in the DFW area (12 years). She is AWESOME, very nice and professional, I like her STAFF too. They have always been nice and helpful In and Out of the office. IF you are looking for a good Doctor, go see her, you won't be sorry.

Dr. Warfield is great, but after 15 years with her, I could no longer deal with Blanca in the front office. The rest of her staff is friendly and courteous, but this single individual has proved rude and incompetent so many times that today I officially changed doctors. When I told her I’d be doing that, she said “great!”

I had a complete knee replacement and schedule an appointment with Dr. Warfield my PCP. I sent over the paperwork from the surgery and scheduled a follow up appointment after I was cleared from the specialist. Only to receive a call from Dr. Warfield telling me my appointment would be a waste as she would be of no help. I thought after you had any type of care everything went to you PCP. That you PCP was like the center point of your medical care. Dr. Warfield is clearly not a very good or caring doctor.

Friendly doctor, friendly staff, clean & modern clinic. Didn't feel rushed when the Dr. Warfield was with me. She seemed very smart and addressed all of my problems even some minor issues she caught that I didn't bring to her attention.

I was a patient of Dr Warfield for nearly 8 years. She was a 'good' Doctor, always seemed happy to see me, but failed to address some of my more pressing concerns that I mentioned several times. I began to feel like I was getting the brush off. Recently, I was informed by her front office staff that she is no longer taking HMO patients after a visit. No letter, no mention by the Doctor. After finding a new doc I was contacted by her ofc about an Rx refill, and was dealt with abruptly. Meh.

I have been seen by Dr. Warfield for the past several years. She is an outstanding physician with a great bedside manner. I never feel rushed during an office visit, and am always comfortable taking the time I need to discuss my health with her. I highly recommend her.
