Dr. Kimberly Wagner, DO

I have been a patient of this practice for more than five years. But lately (within the past 4-6 months), I have been unsuccessful with securing an appointment. I had COVID 3 weeks ago and called several times to be seen in-person or remotely but was told I needed to call the office early, even though I wasn't sick then. I ended up going to the med express clinic for COVID testing. I called Dr. Wagner's office the next day for follow-up care and medicine but was told by the receptionist that someone would call me back, which never happened. And to make matters worse the receptionist would not even take my name! If you can get an appointment, Nurse Practitioner Logan is great! He is funny, knowledgeable and takes his time going over your needs and concerns. I've only seen Dr. Wagner twice and she is equally knowledgeable and pleasant. After all these years, I am in search of a new doctor because I am still waiting on my return phone call.

I am 64 yrs old and I only had 1 other doctor in my lifetime that I thought was as good as her!! Very professional and truly cares about my feelings and health needs!! And she is fast to help!

Exceptional visit. Thoughtful, caring, empathetic and most importantly, actually listened. The absolute best family physician in the region!

Switched my daughter to her while in college and she can't even get anyone to answer the phone. We have tried for 2 weeks to get her an appointment and nothing. The office staff is nonexistent

The Great Lakes Bay Region is so fortunate to have Dr. Wagner as a Family Medicine practitioner. The wait list to get into her office as a new patient is growing, but it is so worth it. She takes time to listen to her patients and asks questions to gain knowledge about them. She answers questions effectively and in a way that is easily understood. Her office staff is friendly and helpful. Scheduling urgent appointments is easy and timely. I finally feel like I have a PCP I can trust and rely on!
