Dr. Kimberly Shepherd, MD

Dr Shepherd is the most loving, caring Doctor I have ever had! She cares about your overall health! She is never allowed to retire! I have been seeing her for at least 25 years! I first met her when she was doing her residency, I believe. Always responds to patients needs and I travel over an hour and half just to see her! Love her!!!!!

Doctor Shepherd has terrific skill, bedside manner, and genuinely cares about you and your baby from the moment you become a patient. Having experienced other OBGYNs prior to becoming a patient, it is night and day the quality of care she delivers. We’re truly thankful she was with us every step of the way for our three successful pregnancies.

Waited 2 months to get in to Dr. K. Shepherd. Arrived in the parking lot at the correct time as I was told to arrive 20 minutes early. By the time I got my paperwork, out of my car and inside, it was 12:45. My appointment was at 1:00. The person that checked me in stated twice during our conversation that I was to arrive 20 minutes prior. I told her that I was, and by the time I got inside and called upon it was 15 minutes prior. Really, 5 minutes! The receptionist went back to ask the doctor if she would still take me and I was told to reschedule. Never in my entire life have I had this experience. And if the tables were turned, health providers would think nothing of the patient having to wait for extended periods. I’m so beyond frustrated and will be seeking another doctor!

Dr Shepherd is the best doctor I have ever been to! She delivered both of my girls. She is very knowledgeable, explains everything thoroughly, and is very kind and caring. I always looked forward to seeing her at my appointments. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Shepherd is just the best doctor I have ever had!

By far one of the best doctors I have ever had. Incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, and to the point in her assessment. She listens carefully and actually includes what you share in her plan. Where some doctors push for the same standard approach that hasn't worked, she immediately presented different solutions. I felt like I finally have some new options. The office staff was helpful, squeezing me in to accommodate my schedule. Positive experience all around.

Dr. Shepherd has been my gyn for over a decade. She is absolutely spectacular! She has a way to relax and takes time getting to know her patients. I am extremely fortunate to have found her. Prior to Dr. Shepherd, I've been traumatized by at least half a dozen other gyn's. The instruments this doctor utilizes during the exams are much more gentle than the previous physicians did. Dr Shepherd is so compassionate, she delivered all 3 of my babies. My first baby I was a single mother and very upset, and she was non judgmental and comforting. I was fortunate enough to have her 10 years later with my second and third pregnancy. I feel very blessed to have 3 beautiful birth experiences, thanks to her!

I wish I could give Dr. Shepherd 10 stars! She's one of the kindest and most compassionate physicians I've ever had. She helped me through a relatively late miscarriage. I feel blessed to have found her.

Truly the best doctor I've ever had. I was a patient of hers from 2003-2012 and would still be with her if I hadn't moved to a different state. I'm still searching for an OBGYN that is half as amazing as she was! Her care, complete compassion, immense knowledge and friendly, easy going nature are unmatched.

I saw Dr. Shepherd with all 4 of my pregnancies. She is a truly amazing doctor! Not only does she offer wonderful care and skill, but she is also joyous in the experience of a new baby with you. I will always be so glad to have found such a great ob/gyn during our time in Columbus!
