I'd Give 0 Stars If I Could
Getting my wisdom teeth removed turned into a comedy of horrors. Dr. Pingel was not friendly, didn't answer questions and concerns I had, and simply didn't provide the level of care I expected from Great River. She always seems to be rushed and wants to just get you in and out as quickly as possible, doesn't care about your comfort and pain, and is aloof. I wasnt given a ton of explanation for post-op care, just a random packet. I absolutely do not recommend her. Go see Dr. Dalton or Dr. King instead, as they are both incredibly pleasant and helpful, and actually care about their patients.

VERY BAD ATTITUDE
Arrogant with no sense of humor. Didn't care I had a medical condition that she had to work with. Was not willing to accommodate my condition. Told me I should find someone else. I guess I'm too old for implants and it was too much work for her. She jumps to the conclusions without understanding the facts.
