Dr. Kimberly McGrath, MD

I have been with Dr McGrath's office for quite a few years. Being part of TriCare Insurance you can get stuck in a less than optimal situation. I would suggest you pass on this office. They are impossible to work with and expect the patient to do all the work. To get one referral can take months and many multiple phone calls. You get told one thing on the phone, even promised, by the front office or the "nurse" in the back, and you can count on it never getting done. Very frustrating. They are all very uncaring. You are a number, not a patient in need. I would go so far as to say, you are a burden on their day. You would expect them to be in the medical field to help others, not so in this office. Save yourself a lot of anger, frustration, confusion, time on the phone trying to navigate your own referrals/appointments, go elsewhere.

Very patient, explains in understandable terms. Was having terrible pain, went to see him, worked me into his schedule immediately. Diagnosed my problem, and according to my Michigan Doctor a few months later , Dr. Mc Grath saved my life. So happy we found him when we moved permanently to Fla.

I have been with Dr McGrath for 20 years. 15 with Omni and 5 at Patrick AFB when he was my family Dr. For the first ten years with Omni he had an efficient and knowledgeable staff. It’s now a totally train wreck. When Tammy was his nurse things went smoothly. After her EVERY nurse has been rude, obnoxious and a pain. Paul is doing better and shows some interest. I have to schedule my own referral appointments whenever Dr orders it. Then I have to follow up to get results to Dr for review. I give Dr McGrath a five and his staff a one

The front desk is very unprofessional and sometimes rude to the patients. They are not always on the same page about what a patient needs to do or how to do it. just me. Melbourne fl -Aug 22, 2019

This office is very disorganized. I have been a patient for several years and the staff is different every time I go to an appointment. Carmen is VERY RUDE and nasty every time I call for any reason. Every time I get a prescription renewal they either give me the wrong medication or the wrong dosage. I have even gone without medication for over a week because they forgot to print the refill. I even had to take an unsigned prescription across town to have The doctor sign it because someone failed
