Rude bedside manner, charges xtra for lengthy appt
Terrible bedside manner, charged me extra for appt that went about 45 mins. She was the one who asked me questions about my medical history, and when I took time to explain it and thought wow maybe she does care, since all my previous appts she was cold, short with comments, and just a overwhelming feeling that I was wasting her time. Anyways, I felt better after that appt, but later when I saw the bill it stated that the appt was lengthy and it added a charge! I asked her about it and she used the excuse that it was the hospitals policy. Ummm, If it was you could have told me, given me a heads up, or let me know before I went over the time. I did have cancer and was answering her questions, have a heart! Is she so hard up for the money that she would charge me more when I'm struggling with my cancer!?! Just so crushing as a patient to think that their doctor would rather profit from them than just communicate policies before it causes more money to be charged! I Got rid of her asap!
