Not Invested
Dr. Klausner takes her time but is not invested in your child past the moment. She often forgot things she promised to give us before leaving her office and we had to follow up. She always directed us to Urgent Care outside of their now irregular hours. We had serious attitude from the office staff the last year every time we communicated with them, especially when asking questions. We've mentioned her office staff's conduct but she clearly didn’t want to hear it. Her snarkiness can certainly be off-putting. We experienced the same with her partner, Dr. Efron, when calling after hours. We were already looking for options to leave and received their new $400 per child (up to 3) annual admin fee, on top of charging you for every form needed completed. Pay more to be treated this poorly? No thanks.

Dr. Klausner has been my daughter's pediatrician since she was born. We live in the valley but make the trek over the hill because there is no one else I trust with her care. My daughter had RSV when she was an infant so we saw Dr. K a lot. She is always very caring and certainly has calmed my nerves many times over the years. So glad we found her!!

Dr Klausner has be our kids dr. for 15 years. she is quite a distance away from us, but well worth it. i trust her more than anything with my kids health. she is ON IT!!!!
