Dr. Jester is one of best caring doctors I’ve ever met!

Let me preface this with I LOVE Dr Jester, however her office staff this particular day was AWFUL! I called at 1 pm to leave a message for her. I was assured I’d get a call back. I was left on hold for 12 minutes, then I called back at 4:30 when no call was forthcoming. I was left on hold for 7 minutes and ASSURED I would get a call back by the nurse by 5:15. I called back at 5:30 pm when no call occurred and was left on HOLD for 28 minutes...no, it’s not a typo...28 minutes, during which the office CLOSED and LEFT me on HOLD..again, no phone call back. Thank goodness my daughter is not severely ill, just in a lot of pain which btw, is weird for a 7 yr old... again, I LOVE Dr Jester, but I’m filing a formal complaint regarding the staff treatment, which usually isn’t this bad, but can be, on the phone! Btw, I’m a physician and I would never allow my office staff to treat patients this way! I’m happy to take this down, IF it’s addressed....

I thought she was a great physician until she didnt tell me about a diagnosis she placed in my child's chart. It's okay to diagnose, but that information, which is pertinent, should be relayed to the parent I shouldnt find out about certain diagnoses from reciewing my child's medical records.

Dr. Jester has cared for both of our daughters for over 7 years. We are very grateful to have her calm demeanor and expertise. She treats our children like family. And she is up-to-date with medical practice. She treats the whole patient.

Dr Jester is an excellent professional and caring doctor. Our son had to undergo a course of multiple vaccinations and a treatment after injury and it was all done in the best possible manner with least stress for him. I can highly recommend Dr Jester.

Dr. Jester has been an awesome physician to my three daughters for the past 16 years. My oldest is now 21 and whenever she has a doctor's appointment she often says how she wishes she could see Dr. Jester. It is a great feeling to have a pediatrician that you can have complete trust. She is truly a part of my family.

My oldest daughter was a patient of Dr. Jester until she "graduated" on to another physican and it was a sad time for us both. Dr. Jester is caring and patient. I am lucky to still have her with my teen and will always recommend Dr. Jester. Outstanding.

Hello, I have been taking my two children to see Dr. Kim Jester since they were newborns. Dr. Kim Jester is a excellent doctor, she is very kind and caring person. She really is good at what she does and it shows that she loves her job. She has been there for me, and for my children, I couldn't have ask for a doctor that's AWESOME as her!!!!!!!!!
