Dr. Kimberly Biss, MD

I’ve been seeing this OBGYN, Kimberly Biss for the last 5 years, and my experiences have been consistently disappointing and frustrating. She has a pattern of infantilizing me, dismissing my autonomy, and prioritizing hypothetical future babies and an imaginary husband over my actual health and choices. At 27 years old, I’ve been repeatedly denied the ability to make informed decisions about my body. For example, when I inquired about getting my tubes tied, she outright refused and instead focused on what a future partner might think, disregarding my clear and thoughtful choice about my own reproductive health. I’ve also had two cancer screenings with Kimberly Biss, and during my last visit, she told me, “Once you’re done popping out babies and breastfeeding, you can get a double mastectomy,” in response to my concerns about potentially having the CHEK gene. This remark was unprofessional, dismissive, and belittling of the serious nature of my health concerns.

Wow, I cant believe the negative comments about Dr. Bisss. I have been seeing Dr. Biss, a very long time and I NEVER seen bad behavioral. I love you Dr Biss!!

She saved my baby who was in serious emergency distress!! Both of my babies were delivered by Dr. Biss and I had excellent care. She knows what she’s doing!

Based on the reviews here she has an arrogant habit of dismissing pregnant patients who have the nerve to voice any objections to how their care is handled (or better yet the lack of handling). I was also one of the dismissed patients. She's dismissive and rude.

Dr. Biss was very dismissive of the questions that I had and made my feel very uncomfortable. The front office staff wasn’t welcoming. As a first time mom I didn’t feel welcomed or wanted at this practice.

I’m 15 weeks pregnant and this Is my second child with this practice. However, I was discharged without by Dr. Biss without warning because I vocalized that I would like the doctor at the practice who delivered my first child to also deliver this one if it was possible. She took it personal and now I’m left to find another OB. Dr. Biss has always been rude and uncaring in my opinion. I wouldn’t recommend.

Both my daughter and I are patients of Dr. Biss. We have found her to be a doctor that listens, goes out of her way to assist and is on time. Her office staff is well trained and very helpful. I wish we had more doctors and health care providers like her and her team.

Dr Biss is an excellent practitioner. She is clear and to the point. She does not sugar coat things, which some people need. I am not only a patient of hers, but I have also worked with her in the operating room for years. If you need an excelllent surgeon, Dr Biss and Dr Guichard are your team. These are also the MDs that majority of the staff at Bayfront chose as their providers. Hope this information helps.

Very dismissive of your healthcare needs. Rushed, inattentive, and generally incompetent. Listening skills need vast improvement.

Dr. Biss is very friendly, reassuring and professional. She always answers my questions and takes the time to make sure I have all the information needed at each appointment. She delivered my son 14 years ago. It was a great experience and I have continued to see her. I can't think of anywhere I else I would go or why?
