Dr. Berg has been our family doctor for years! She has seen our family through Cancer, and everyday life. She takes the time to figure out the problems and works on solving them! She's the best!

Better than my Regular PCP
Telehealth
Listens, provides a clear picture of next steps, recaps, asks questions for follow-up. A bit fast at speaking and rushing through appts. However, one of the netter ones at Theda Care Physicians in Neenah. More respect, concern, and compassion provided by her since I came to ThedaCare. Dr. Berg was taking on my PCP patients while she was out on leave.

Dismissive of pain
I saw Dr. Berg for knee pain last year. She basically told me my age and weight were my problem. Then she suggested I start running to strengthen my knee. I should run a marathon...like her. Well...the next doctor I saw actually looked at the MRI. Result...knee surgery for a torn miniscus. I was told I'd have been looking at knee replacement if I had let it go. I would never recommend Dr. Berg.

I asked Dr. Berg for a referral to behavioral health. She was very condescending and insulting. Suggesting that I see my pastor instead of being evaluated. I will not be returning to her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Berg for many years. She is wonderful and she explains things so I can understand. Recently she took the time to explain the results of tests done by another doctor that is awful at explaining.

Dr. Berg has been my family's general physician as long as I can remember. I've never seen anything but the utmost professionalism from her, without sacrificing a personal touch that makes visiting her comfortable and reassuring.
