Dr. Kimball Bailey, DO

I went to him every three months for over a year and I didn’t like him from the beginning. He doesn’t ask you anything about yourself, he googles during the whole appointment, and makes comments like he thinks you’re a druggy. He says things like “I’m going to wean you off of your ADD meds” sorry but just cause I’m not on my meds anymore doesn’t mean I don’t have ADD anymore. I’ll suffer with it forever. He also gives you a drug test pretty much every time you go in for a refill.. money grab?? His billing staff is absolutely horrible. They are rude and will not help you with any of your concerns at all. They tried to send me to collections even though I have been communicating with them for four months on how I could get a claim resent to insurance. I finally had to call my insurance agency and have them call them directly so they would resend the claim that’s all they had to do, but they wouldn’t do it. Tina and the phlebotomist are great and the only reason I’m sad to leave here.
