Initial Appointment
I booked an appointment with Dr. Ross as a new patient. Arriving early I completed the boatload of information. Then, after I returned the documents, I was asked to sign on their laptop that it was fine with a PA doing my skin exam. I’ve never had a PA do a dermatological exam in my life. Then. I was told she was only in my town once a week so chances were I was going to always have a PA. I cancelled and left. I’m sure Dr. Ross was probably wonderful, but I should have been told upfront my new parent consultation was not going to be Dr. Ross.

Had an annoying mole removed and the dermatologist sent it out to a pathology lab to be tested, which I did not request for them to do. Now I'm being billed by the pathologist for testing I did not request. Plus I never received any results, so what am I paying for? I've tried contacting the dermatologists office for assistance and was basically told I have to pay. So $350 for the mole removal, plus $230 for labs. Outrageous.

Not helpful with billing issues
While the doctors have been great, the office is very difficult to work with. I spent months trying to get a billing issue resolved. Their billing department never answers the phone and never calls you back. The office manager would promise to call back and then nothing. They pushed off the issue to another party with little support.

I visited with Dr. Ross a couple of weeks ago, she diagnosed the growth on my head as a Pylar Cyst and also addressed the dark blotching on my face as Melasma, they did provide me with a cream and I do feel it is getting lighter and am happy with the results. As for the Pylar cyst I will be having that removed today and will post a review regarding the experience and outcome. Dr. Ross's office came highly recommended by family members and friends who have seen and had procedures performed by her office . I definitely recommend her office for any dermatological issues you may experiencing.

1 to 2 hour wait each time! Never resolved my itchy rash problem. Staff kept referring me to a NP. After 4 visits l have a large scar from Biopsy NP did which has not healed after 4 months. I called for results staff seemed unable to identify or care on results. Very unprofessional. They seem intent on selling creams etc.! Would avoid this place.

Haven't actually met Dr. Ross, but my experience with their office and staff has been extremely subpar. They have the worst hours and are hardly ever available. You will constantly get put on hold for extended periods of time when you call, passed off to another office, and then hung up on. They rarely return your call. Seems like patient care and customer service is of less value if you aren't there to get any of their cosmetic procedures or treatments. I will never recommend anyone to them. I am currently working with my insurance to get a new referral to a different dermatologist. I don't have anything good to say about this doctor's office and staff.

I had the absolute best experience at Dr.Ross's office. She is the most personable Doctor? and really takes the time to get to know her patients. Above all of that, my skin has been the healthiest it has ever been! 100% recommend Dr. Ross!
