after my proceedure I was visited by someone I did not meet before. She proceeded to tell me that she could tell i had suffured alot of trauma in my life and that was why i smoked cigarettes. I asked her if I talked in my sleep? then her FMLA nurse refused to give the dr. a form to fill out. i have had to explain these forms four times! i even drew a flow chart! it is the quarterly reeducation. Everyone here thinks they are heroes because they don scrubs! Essential they think. it is impossible to reach anyone on the phone, the patient portal is useless. when you walk into the lobby they have half a dozen crones that take your payments, but they are above answering the phone. This dr. has absolutly no empathy, and her bed side manner reflects it. Adventhealth and this dr.'s staff are just check cashers. Steer Clear of her and AdventHealth!
