Better than nothing
The "care providers" they send out come across as okay at first, but as time goes on the one we've dealt with has turned out to be brusque, indifferent and arrogant. As others have said about this outfit, they think showing up once a month to repeat last month's basic report is all they need to do. There's a distinct lack of real compassion, and no desire to do beyond the bare minimum.

Not Thrilled – Oct 11, 2022

Dr. Higgins does not have good bedside manner. She did not tell us our dad had dementia. Outside of Carla her entire staff including the practice manager are extremely rude. I do not recommend Dr. Higgins.
