I felt rushed uncomfortable with the other doctors standing around. While the 1 doctor talked. After the doctor was done. The girl that came in after was very sort with her words and very rude as if I was wasting her time. The doctor was polite when talking.

Dr. Pfefferle and staff are just amazing!!!
I did plenty of research and chose to drive one hour for Dr. Pfefferle. The surgery went so well and I was never nervous after getting to know the Dr and staff.The STAFF is amazing, everyone has bad days but you would not know that dealing with this staff. The most friendly - caring - knowledgeable staff I have ever dealt with. I am a 51 year old male. They honestly care about you AFTER you leave the hospital. They continue to follow up on your well being and make sure nothing is out of sorts, just really shocked at how great everyone was. I am just amazed at how they make you feel like they have 3 patients total for the year, the attention you get prior to the surgery and after honestly makes it feel like you are number 1 patient, just amazing.I could go on forever, just amazing Dr and staff!!
