Very helpful!
Dr. Taba is very thorough and a great listener. She offers solutions in a very difficult field of medicine. There are many over laps of symptoms, which makes it difficult to sort and treat. Many of which there is no solid treatment for. She is the first doctor that I felt validated in my symptoms and was honest about treatment options. Labs do not always match how bad you’re feeling with autoimmune diseases. It takes years sometimes for labs or physical signs to confirm. My negative comments about her practice are more directed towards management & staff. While there are a few very helpful members, the clinic as a whole is not ran smoothly. It is very difficult to communicate with this office both by phone and Patient Portal.

Extreme lack of care and arrogance
My appointment with Dr. Taba was the most insulting experience that I have ever had with a medical experience. She completely wasted my time by asking me numerous questions about symptoms and then refused to run additional testing after reviewing prior PCP testing that did not cover all autoimmune diseases. Dr. Taba completely ignored the fact that I have suffered from a laundry list of symptoms that align with auto immune for over a decade now. Save yourself the time and the money and go to Shands or the Mayo clinic.
