Had an office visit with Dr. Le for a checkup. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our wait time was short and the office was extremely clean. And Of course, Dr. Le is one of the best doctors in our area. Complete confidence in him.

This is a place I never want to go back. All they care about is money. Its so hard to get connected to the office via phone and they will never reply to the messages over the patient portal. Doctor is so rush and jump into the decision for an endoscopy without even listening to your concerns. The appointment rooms also don’t have any facilities. His focus is bill you as much as possible and just schedule an endoscopy. Endoscopy will be at a different facility which is again owned by him. You can expect a chain of high amount bills after that. Then comes the worst part, though they will tell you they will release your procedure results via mail after 10 days to you, they won’t give you that until you make one more appointment. And just to release the result, an appointment with the nurse, they will charge you the same amount as first time office visit. Doctor Le will happily offer you many other services in the same building which are run by his brother. Overall only thing they care about is money!!!!! If you really need a good doctor who will atleast listen to you, look for some where else..

As a retired RN, I have pretty high expectations for healthcare providers. Dr. Le exceeded my expectations. I found him thorough and helpful regarding my concerns. He took time to answer all my questions and to advise me on strategies to improve my health. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing a GI doctor.

Staff and nurses are very friendly, helpful and professional. Dr, Le is very professional, easy to understand, explains in detail, answered all my questions, great bedside manner and I highly recommend him. The wait time was very minimal I was there 20 minutes early to fill out new paperwork and then I was back at my appointment time. I saw him 6 years ago for a problem I was having and came back for a routine check up and colonoscopy screening. The practice has grown doubled in size but Dr. Le is just as I remembered still the same great Dr. from 6 years ago only wiser and more experienced!

Dr. Le’s bedside manner is both comforting and professional. His staff is also very helpful and sincere. They treated me with and concern for my ailment. He is a definite keeper in your arsenal of healthcare practitioners!

Written instructions were provided to guide the home preparation. During the procedure, Dr. Le and his staff explained their actions step by step. The day after the procedure, I received a follow-up call inquiring about my condition. Throughout, I never had a doubt that I was in good hands.

I met Dr Le when I finally decided to get my 1st colonoscopy at 62 years old; I know, I’ve been successfully shamed by everyone I know. He and staff were VERY professional, kind and friendly and I feel very comfortable in their care!

I have had Crohns for 25 years. I moved to Houston 8 years ago, my first visit with Dr Le, he told me more about crohns in one visit than my previous Doctors had in the last 24 years. Dr Le is a very good Dr. I have moved 2 hours from his office. But I am still keeping him as my Dr. I trust him so I had rather drive the two hours than take a chance in getting a mediocre Dr closer. His staff is very good too.

Visit and procedure went well! Dr and staff were helpful, caring, informative and friendly. Even if Dr K. Le were not in my Ins. Network I would still continue to have my health needs taken care of at his office. My health is not only important to me, but to my family as well. I feel confident knowing I have a Doctor and his staff to count on regarding such sensitive health needs!
