The nurse practitioners provide excellent service. However, the service provided by the lady in charge of scheduling (I think her name is Lana) is unacceptable. When I called about the status of my COVID test request, she acted like it was my fault that I never received it.

I had been exposed to blood borne pathogens through work and had tried to get records of my hepatitis shot. The woman I spoke too on the phone said she was unable to get to it that evening but but would give me a call back the next day. 3 business days and a weekend later i never recieved a call back. Upon calling back she informed me the records were stored offsite, it takes 3 days and again she would not find out that day. When trying to explain why, she would just talk over me. No urgency.

My main concern is that when u tried to get a appt, 90% of the time nobody answers the phone n u have to leave a voicemail n then some of times no body calls back and I have to call back numerous times to get a appt.. I have even have left messages with answering service like I did early evening at 4:45 yesterday after I called yesterday and had to leave a voicemail yesterday to get a appt for Friday which it is today and its now 10:30 am n still no callbacks..
