Dr. K. Wood is retiring in June, I am sorry to see him go. He's a great doctor.

Dr. Wood is the absolute best at balancing giving his expert knowledge and listening to the patient's concerns. He answers all my questions and is patient while I think of them. He listens to what I say and asks questions or makes notes. He gives me all the options and explains the risk/ benefit of each, then provides me with additional info as we talk through my decision.

Very disappointed with Dr. Wood. He got my right arm mixed up with my left arm in a telehealth call. I went all the way to OKC to let him see that I have a frozen shoulder. His nurse Bridgette and Dr. Wood lied on my medical records. Making a honest mistake is one thing but not owning up to it when it is presented to you is another. I have documentation, a MRI, physical therapy proving that I can't lift my right arm past my chest. It's appalling. I so much wanted to like this doctor.

Misdiagnosis. Dr Wood got my left arm mixed up with my left arm in a telehealth call. I have a frozen shoulder. I went all the way to OKC to show him face to face. He lied and his nurse Bridgette covered him. Out false information on my medical record. I have an MRI and medical documents showing You can't raise my right arm past my chest. I want to like Dr. Wood so much. But when someone can't own up to their mistake. It's appalling. Very disappointed.

Dr. Wood's staff have been consistently unhelpful and surly. Whether this is Dr. Wood's way of running his office I cannot say as I never got to meet him. When I arrived for an appointment I had made two months earlier, I was told he was out of the office that day. No one offered an apology or an offer to reschedule at the earliest time. They turned their backs and went back to their conversation. Needless to say, I am not recommending his office.
