An excellent doctor
Easily the best doctor I've ever had. Doctor Wallace is extremely knowledable, affable, and has a real knack for explaining complicated medical concepts in simple, easy to understand terms. He's also great at following through and striving to insure that the patient achieves a satisfactory outcome. Wait times can be long, (not excessively though,) which is more a reflection on the Menlo Clinic than Doctor Wallace's performance.

Dr. Wallace and their staff treat patients very poorly. They make the patient wait 1 hour after their scheduled appointment and they don’t provide aheads up or acceptable reasoning. They would just mention he’s busy. But they themselves provide only 15 minutes of grace time and then cancel your appointment. They also are not responsive for prescribed imaging. They’ll put the order but with a wrong code and you gave to call them atleadt 5,6 times to correct the order.

Best primary care doctor out there. Thorough, smart, up to date, caring. I cannot say enough good about this doctor.
