Dr. Kevin Waddell, MD

I just went to Dr Waddell's office for the first time, I was treated very well by his staff.

While I had no problems with Dr Waddell or Nurse Amber (she’s the absolute best) the Office Staff is horrendous. They will never call you back, extremely rude both on the phone and in person, and they will not reschedule if they’re running way behind. Nearly all my appointments I wasn’t seen for over an hour PAST my scheduled time. Ridiculous.

Dr. Waddell became my dr in 2014 when I needed surgery and he and his staff were awesome with making me feel comfortable with the whole precedure. They are very personable and professional.

I've had no issues with any of my appointments. Dr. Waddell and Amber Theall (Nurse Practitioner) are very professional and caring. I've had a lot of health issues and the referrals to specialists in my in-network have been above and beyond just caring about their patients. Staff is caring as well. Accurate information with my medical history and insurance has definitely helped me through this pregnancy without issues and also helped Dr. Waddell and his staff to provide me with the best care.

How can you trust Dr. Waddell when the customer service in the front office is atrocious? They will tell you to do one thing in order to get an appointment, then on the day of the appointment cancel your appointment because you didn't do something else. They act like it's a privilege to come in to receive medical care from them, as if they weren't getting paid. I have travel all over the country and the scheduler is by far the worst and most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with.
