I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago, and a few days after doing so, I received a call from the office informing me that my procedure was not covered by my insurance. I asked the office staff to send me the cost, and this was ten days ago. I walked into the office for my appointment this morning and they still did not know the cost. I do not understand how they do not know the cost. I had to reschedule because like most reasonable people, I need to know the cost. The receptionist should not act like a drill sergeant.

I can’t sing the praises of this doctor enough! Dr. Kevin J. Tsai was the pathologist on call at Allenmore Hospital when I was admitted (5/9/20) from the emergency room with a blocked catheter from an earlier procedure . It was determined that I also had a possible blockage from my kidney (I only have one). Dr. Tsai ordered a blood test and was to check again in the morning if the blockage was cleared. Later that day Dr. Tsai was at home when the hospital informed him of a large drop in my kidney function. He returned to the hospital, determined that they could not wait until the next day, and in less than an hour got an emergency operating room and staff assembled and operated on me that evening, placing a stint in my remaining kidney. The procedure was such a great success and I was able to leave the hospital the following day with my kidney functions returning to normal. This was a gutsy and informed action by Dr Tsai to operate when he did. Thank you!

Dr Tsai treated me for proatate issues i struggled with for 15+ years. At 59 i underwent the Rezum procedure, which not only gave me my life back but improved it beyond any reasonable expextation. Thank you!
