Very nice and knowledgeable about the spine the staff is excellent and very helpful the P.A. is very nice as well overall my surgery went well and would recommend Dr. Richardson any day my stimulator is in and I'm recovering now but I'm satisfied with his office and his services. Was seen almost as soon as I turned in my paperwork, they were very fast and professional. They understood that I was in pain and have set me up with several different ways to try and reduce and hopefully eliminate my back pain. Was extremely satisfied with my visit.

Doctor Richardson and his nurse practitioner, very friendly and nice and so was his staff. We went over my issues and made a game plan, on how to treat it. I would recommend anyone to go and see Dr Richardson.

We were referred to this quack for steroid injections from our PCP........only to get there and for him to tell us he doesn't do the injections. I hope you realize that charge you just ran on my card will never be paid. Your poor ratings should have told us not to make the trip.

I had been suffering from chronic sciatic pain for 7 months before I was referred to Dr. Richardson by my PCM. If you have a herniated disc, you know what kind of pain I am referring to. Dr. Richardson was personable, honest, and direct. He performed a microdiscectomy on me to remove the disc that was causing so much discomfort and 3 weeks later, I feel good as new! Don't let the idea of surgery sway you from living your best life -you will be in good hands! Thank you, again!

Dr. Richardson is very personable, upbeat and professional. He clearly explained the course of treatment to my satisfaction. A very positive experience. Staff is also very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Will return in the future if a similar need arises.

Worst office support ever! Only ONE person that does Pre-Op orders, FMLA paperwork & insurance authorizations. Veronica took 2 weeks after surgery consult to send Authorization to insurance & another 2 weeks to follow up. She waited 3 business days before surgery to call the insurance for surgery authorization & complained about long hold times w/insurance.  No promises were kept on return calls, our family was escorted off property by security! Surgeon canceled surgery! She did NOT do her job!!

I really liked Dr Richardson I don't think I have ever had a Dr listen to every thing I had to say without cutting me off. I would definitely refer him to my friends and family. The only bad thing I can say is that I was told that I would get a call for my MRI the next day. Since I did not receive a call I called the office and the lady I spoke with was pretty short with me and said she did not know when I would be getting a call. I was very disappointed due to being in a lot of back pain.
