Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Dr. Osgood is very knowledgeable, a great listener and provides clear explanations, but just as important, he is extremely compassionate, respectful, and empathetic and you are never rushed. A definite plus is his knowledgeable and compassionate nurse, Evelyn, who promptly returns calls or patient portal messages. I highly recommend Dr. Osgood to anyone seeking an exceptional rheumatologist.

My mother, My Reynolds, stopped seeing her rheumatologist because he was no longer listening. She was losing hope but then we found Dr. Osgood. Osgood is GREAT. He was so patient and kind with my mother. He carefully listened to her and treated her like an adult. Sometimes Doctors will treat my mother as if she is a child because English is her second language. My mother speaks English very well, but sometimes it takes her a little longer to process information because she wants to understand fully. We never felt rushed but more importantly we feel like we have a true partner in fighting my mother's disease. Dr. Osgood had such a great sense of humor about and made my mother laugh. We cannot say enough about his bed side manner. Another thing I'd like to add, Dr. Osgood recommended medicine that is not covered by her insurance. His team was quick about getting the appeal process started which put my mother at ease. We are grateful we found you.

I don't leave many 5-star reviews for doctors, but my experience with Dr. Osgood and his staff was perfect in every way. (1) Reception was friendly, clear, and helpful. (2) Dr. Osgood listened patiently to my health history and all my questions. He never made me feel rushed. He always made me feel he wasn't going anywhere until we were done. (3) He answered all my questions, and did so with clarity. (4) He didn't act arrogant or dismissive of my concerns, or the reading I'd done on my illness. (5) He's conservative, not rushing to prescribe drugs if they might not be needed. He'll certainly prescribe them if necessary, but he's happy to wait to see if things get better on their own or with other interventions first. If you've seen more than a couple of doctors, you've probably had an experience where one or more of the above was missing. I certainly have. I'm very glad I saw Dr. Osgood.

Very pleased with my new patient visit. Dr.Osgood was extremely patient and answered my numerous questions. We are working our way through lab work to get a definite diagnosis but Dr. Osgood has been very comforting and very diligent in turning every stone to reach a good conclusion. Online messages are responded to in 24 hours. Appts typically are a week out but he's defintely worth the wait

I've been a patient of Dr. Osgoods for years. He is caring and has great bedside manners. I never feel rushed during my appointments and I am referred out as needed. I don't give him a full 5 stars only because there has been some lag in responsiveness lately. I am also not a fan of not getting answers. Any lab work that is positive is usually not entered into the chart and labs aren't retested to see if they are better, stable or progressing. I feel like a new patient in limbo of diagnosis. I have been feeling frustrated with the lack of clear direction and have started looking for another rheumatologist. Wonderful Dr, just not for me

The entire support staff (the covid screener, lab tech clinic tech and front desk workers) were helpful, professional and friendly. Dr. Osgood reviewed my history and committed many details to memory before even coming into the room. I was amazed. He listened carefully and asked good follow-up questions. I didn’t feel rushed. He is obviously a gifted physician who is extremely well-informed and willing to teach his patients by volunteering helpful information. I felt like he offered a wealth of information. He is professional and it is clear that he cares about his patients. I felt like he saw me as an individual. I was especially impressed that he added an additional lab after I left him. That spoke volumes to me that he continued thinking about me & my case even after he left the room. I have moved a lot so that means I’ve seen a lot of doctors and I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience with a doctor. He exemplifies what all doctors would be like in a perfect world

I am disappointed with my visit. After being tested again for a number of things previously tested for by other doctors, I received the same results...of course. Everything is normal/stable. I still feel awful. No plan of action, no talking to him after the test. Just a sheet of paper in the mail with "normal" results. During my visit, when I mentioned what I was doing regarding diet, his answer was, "well eat it if you want to." There was not acknowledgement of the connection of diet and how we feel. Still looking for some help!

What a kind, compassionate doctor! He listened and carefully answered, never making me feel rushed. He also respected the fact that I don't like taking drugs, preferring to be holistic in my health care. Wish I could have him as my primary doctor!

I was trying to be a new patient. I lost all my data on my phone, including my calendar & missed my appt. I travel so keeping appts is important to me, so when I miss one, I was disappointed w/ myself. Totally unintentional.I called to reschedule, the guy on the phone said he could get me in 9/1. I asked why so long, he said it takes a couple of months for a new patient. Today's 6/6- that's 4 months. I guess he's punishing me. He was so rude! Customer service is key & Dr.Osgood doesn't have that!
