No compassion
He was belittling to my son and very very rude. I hope this physician will receive more training on compassion and best practice for interacting with patients.

went in with what i thought were urgent respiratory issues (for which my GP has referred me to a pulm for) and he went out of his way to be rude, to the point of writing a petulant and unprofessional note on the "additional patient instructions" for my discharge papers (seriously?). i came in with a sample and once he arrives, before i could even get word in, holds the thing an inch from my face and explains why it was stupid for me to come in. the nurse and med student who were in the area with us were visibly taken back by this strange behavior. he also mentions, in front of these other staff, dismissively, something to the effect of me having been there for coughing before. for context, i was in there a few months ago - came in coughing up blood - turned out to be pneumonia. mind you, he wasn't even my doctor that night, but must have been on call that day and remembered my face or something. he after chewing me out, he made me wait nearly 2 hours just to print out my discharge papers. i assume because he wanted to "teach me a lesson" for wasting his time. i'm never one to write reviews for these sorts of things but truly, it was a ridiculous experience. i think i'll avoid green view going forward specifically so that i don't have to encounter this guy ever again. who acts like that? in any setting, let alone as a doctor?

Dr kev is an absolute legend. He listens to patients and takes care of their needs. He got me out of the ER with chest pain so fast
