I was a new patient coming in for my 1st appt. w/Dr Lindell & I walked out because I was so frustrated & upset. I arrived around 12:35/12:40pm for a 1pm appointment. For some reason the medical assistant needed alot of time to get my file in order before I was allowed to see the doctor. I have never experienced that before. Typically they send you back to see the doctor while they complete your paperwork. Not here. They make you wait. I waited until 1:30 pm & still hadn't seen the doctor!!
