Dr. Kozak is one of the BEST! My mother had Dr. Kozak when he was at Madison UW Hospital. She had a rare type of cancer and the first moment we met him, we knew we were in good hands. We have now followed him to Janesville, because of his kind and caring nature. He always makes sure that she understands what is going on and is very concerned about her well-being. Best bed-side manner you will every find!!!

This man seemed to have taken a class on me. He wanted to know me a a PERSON rather than a patient. He had studied my case and had an ubelievable amount of note written up on me. But he wanted to know my hobbies,my interests etc. VERY personable and knowledgable. Very caring, soothing and helpful. One of the best doctors I've ever met, you KNOW he's doing his best to help you as if you are a friend. HIGHLY recommend him!
