I was admitted with severe food poisoning, however I was so dehydrated and low in electrolytes that I barely knew who I was. I have information for Health Dispatch through my Quail Run Medical office. Dr. Innes was very thorough and, once I was orientated we communicated about the food poisoning. He ran a lot of tests and I went over them with my doctor, Dawn Mattison. I was very impressed with the work and the care I was given.
