Dr. Finnegan and the professionals (nurses, nurse anesthetists, technicians, etc.) at Associated Endoscopy in Hermitage, TN were excellent! I had been having stomach pain, off and on, for the last 3-4 years that was progressively getting worse. Despite undergoing numerous tests and procedures, other doctors could not determine the problem. Dr. Finnegan really listened to me, reviewed everything that had been done, really honed in on the problem, and came up with a plan. He figured it out and resolved the issue. His knowledge, expertise, and professionalism were superb. After 3-4 years of progressively worsening abdominal pain, it is now absolutely gone. No pain at all. If I could give Dr. Finnegan 10 stars, I would! A measly 5 stars is not enough for everything he did. Thank you Dr. Finnegan and the professionals at Associated Endoscopy! I appreciate you all!I’m

Five Stars is Not Enough

I’d I could give Dr Finnegan 10 stars I would! I’ve had 18 surgeries and I’ve met a lot of doctors. This mans bedside manner and compassion just can’t be beat. He CARES!!! So glad I was able to have him as my doctor. His nurse Melanie is amazing as well!!!

This doctor almost killed my husband. He was scheduled for a colonoscopy after being exceptionally ill. Diarrhea and lots of blood, vomiting and then after awhile he started running a temp of 104. After we werent getting anywhere with calls to the office to get a hold of "DR" Finnegan. I took him to the ER where he was admitted to the hospital for 2 weeks. Still we havent heard from this Dr! We have since gone with another Dr who actually cares about his patients. How irresponsible.

Dr finnegan was a good doctor the front desk receptionist at Tri star medical was disrespectful to the max. I almost left the place. It took a lot of courage to go and she ridiculed me for not returning a phone call. I was 30 minutes early.

Dr. Finnegan is great at communicating, answering all questions and courteous. On his equipment, I was amazed he is using the lastest new High Definition scopes plus the photos and explanation of what he does during the procedure is extremely detailed and easy to understand on the patient print out. The nurse and team backing him were also excellent. Perfect procedure, fast, and very professionally done. I will highly recommend him and return in the future.

Dr. Finnegan is friendly and cares about his patients. He tells you point blank what is going on and doesn't beat around the bush. I have never had a problem with Dr. Finnegan or his staff. His nurse is great!
