Poor practices
Nothing but being photographed and questioned and when they found out I take pain med along with anxiety medication I was immediately told he/their specialty is injections and putting ppl to sleep. As I've been told by another dr this practice of anesthesia is due to probable fear of reprisal for using the proper pain meds for acute, ongoing pain and severe panic disorder. They so rarely treat pain with meds that he employees two pa's who grill and string you along. They are there to basically schedule you for injections or putting you to sleep. One p a tried to convince me I would need injections in my back most probably! One had the audacity to tell me it's against the law to prescribe pain and anxiety meds together. A blatant lie! Also, I was there on three occasions and I've never layed eyes on this dr! Anesthesia is also much more lucrative than prescribing meds and takes the threat of the drs getting in trouble away. This is in no way in the best interest of the patient.

Didn’t even meet him
I went to this office several months & never got to even meet him. When they wanted to do the injections in my back I insisted I meet him first. They scheduled an appointment for me first thing in the morning, and I lived over an hour away. As luck would have it I had car trouble on the way there, and my car died. I called them pretty much in tears, & they wouldn’t reschedule a visit with him, saying I would meet him before the procedure! But I have no impression of him because they don’t put you under for the shots & I was really scared. They put a wafer under my tongue & my mouth was so dry from fear that it wouldn’t dissolve. It seems like they gave me some water but were fussing at me to hurry it up. The shot had no affect on my pain. I told them I had been given epidural before & it didn’t work, but they said that was the routine they believed in. You are just one pc in the system there. I liked my PA, but it wasn’t going anywhere for me there!

If you want only a single solution offered to pain that only comes from the spine, go here. If you want injections and nerve burnings periodically, go here. If you want to be intimidated and abused by his PA Mandy, go here. Dr. Coyle's only board-certified specialty is anesthesiology.

Kevin Coyle is a very knowledgable doctor. In 2014 he was able to complete implanting a SCS lead when a neural surgeon in Savannah Ga with 30yr exp could not. Dr. J. Lindley of Savannah failed to implant a dual lead scs. Upon reccommendation I hired Dr. Coyle to complete the implantation and he did. He has been performing RFA procedures on me with great success since 2016. I highly recommend Dr. Coyle for pain management. If you are seek opiate therapy I suggest you look elsewhere. Though Dr. Coyle does use opiates in his practice, it's not his front line approach. Dr. Coyle and his NP staff look for the cause of pain not the symptons. Hats off to this practice.

Dr. Coyle is an amazing doctor! I had such severe pain in my back when I first started going to him, I didn’t want to get out of bed. I did not anticipate the unbelievable results that Dr. Coyle achieved! In just 6 months, I went from dreading having to walk 10 feet due to severe pain to my current state of looking forward to walking and exercising! This man is a miracle-worker and has brought joy back to my life!

I've had a severe pain problem for the last five years and was referred to Dr. Coyle in May. Within a month I was diagnosed, had a spinal injection and change of medicine. Life is better and my pain is now manageable. He is compassionate, knows his business and treats you in a timely manner. Staff is amazing, they are well trained and they work as a team like a well oiled machine. Kudos to Dr. Coyle and the entire clinic.

Dr Coyle has given me the 1st day pain-free in my neck & arms in over 2 decades. I was injured in 3 different severe accidents, thrown by a horse, pitched from a boat, & auto wreck. I'd tried epidurals in 2 other practices 12 years ago to no avail. I'd never pursued it again, just going with trigger point injections, which did help for a time. Dr Coyle's staff did the trigger point injections on my 1st visit, but they were unsatisfied with the results & recommended I try epidurals again. I recie

The most knowledgeable gifted doctor bar none! A talented physician that cares about each and every patient that he has under his care. His character is above the norma rhetoric complacency associated with doctors having a high-caliber of achievement within their specialty. He takes time to help every patient understand the entire process to ensure the best solution to each clients specific needs. You will feel more than satisfied with your treatment.

Dr. Coyle himself is an amazing doctor however the people who took over and run the practice are horrible! They are rude, when requesting to be seen by Dr. Coyle they tell you that you have to be seen by a nurse which if you’re a cash pay patient it’s ridiculous and the nurse doesn’t do anything for you! Don’t waste your time, find a different practice!!

This Doctor doesn't even see his patients. His very rude PA sees them all and complains about doing all the Doctors work. Then she tells you to use ice/ heat for chronic and severe pain. Also over the counter medications. I don't need to pay a Pain Manager to get a PA quality care and use over the counter medications. What a load of crap. Keep looking!! Went in on a Thursday and the office was empty. I was the only one there and now I know why. Waste of time!

Well it's Monday July 10, 2017, exactly one year and half that I received a failed spine fusion surgery from a surgeon that dr. Kevin Coyle had referred me too. As a longtime patient of his I put my honesty and trust in him and thought very highly of Dr. Kevin Coyle. As a result of the surgery, I have nerve damage and the surgery was a failure. Words cannot explain the PHYSICAL and MENTAL PAIN I have endured over the past year and half. I felt let down by Dr. Kevin Coyle on a personal note
