Punches Out Early
Dr Carr does the least amount possible to barely qualify as an examination. When questioned with valid concerns, he quickly dismisses them and compares the patient to “the last 6 kids I’ve seen today, this isn’t different”. An ER we had to visit 3 hours later determined it was in fact different. Highly recommend you schedule with him early in the day (if no one else is available) as it appears he is done being a doctor by early afternoon.
