Terrible experience at osf convenient care. Dr Boyd told me my rash was a blood clot, went to Emergency room afterwards and they told me it was rash. Would not recommend him at all.

No bedside manner, was rude and not attentive. Did not seem to want to spend any time during exam at the new OSF Prompt Care. If I ever go back there, I would not be seen by him. Would not recommend this particular doctor to anyone.

Not good! He's incompetent! I forgot why I don't go to St Anthony's/OSF for care. They have some excellent doctors but Dr Boyd ISN'T one of them! I was told my blood pressure was just where doctors,want it at 142/84. I've had a headache all week. He didn't look at my own blood pressure machine to compare the readings. Save your money & go somewhere else! I called before I went & told them my blood pressure reading. She talked to Dr Boyd & he said to come on out & they'd help me out. Why say come

I had a very poor experience with Dr.Boyd years ago and would never recommend family or friends to him. He should never be responsible for prescribing any type of medication for mental health issues because he is irresponsible with patients that have these issues. He is not compassionate and appeared to not care about me at all as his patient. Clearly just a job for him.

Have been seeing for three years. No nonsense, but kind. Wry sense of humor. Will tell you the options and let you make your choice, even if he does not think it is the best one.

Dr. Boyd is ALWAYS there for me. He listens to me and explains things to me. We decide together what my treatment will be. Dr. Boyd has always given me the correct diagnosis. That is such a comfort to me. That he is so knowledgeable. God Bless Dr. Boyd.
