After completing my procedure Dr. Patel advised me prior to even receiving the results that from viewing the mass in my pancreas, he determined that is was cancer. He also indicated that out of the 2 types of cancer, the one I had was the worst and that I needed chemotherapy before anything else could be done. The results of the biopsy came back negative. These results were passed on to my primary care physician so he did not have to take accountability for saying something so awful to me that was 100% inaccurate. Very thankfully, the mass has shrunk via medical assistance from Dr. Andrew Gamenthaler who determined that it was caused by an allergic reaction from a prescription and is in no way cancer. Unless you have no other option, I strongly recommend choosing another doctor and definitely do not listen to the baseless dribble that he spews.

Dr Patel is one of the best doctors I have ever been to, and I have been to many in my 68 years. He is very caring and kind and explains things to you, so you are able to understand. I recommend him to anyone who needs his type of expertise. I have been to him several times since I have moved from Massachusetts to Florida. I am so glad he practices here where I live now.
