Routine visit. Doctor doesn't always acknowledge health complaints. Increased dosage of medication but doesn't alter prescription therefore always running out

Today my appointment was @ 11 am. I got there @ 10:52 am. People who came after me, to see Dr. Tolia, went before me. There is a lot of finger pointing; as far as who's @ fault. It is now 12:38 pm and I still haven't been seen. This is horrible. I had to reschedule the other appointments I had after this. That may cost me a no-show fee. I'm really starting to hate this office. Darvetta Hill. 15+ years, patient.
