Dr. Kershena Liao, MD

I meet her after seeing by 3 primary Drs. She is really selfish. She just say I don't know when I said I have earache and headache and told me can cause by depuration. I end up in ER and after ran some blood work I had thyroid.

Dr.Liao did a great job of removing a cyst from my neck with minimal pain. She took the necessary time to explain the procedure and risks, answer my questions, and advise about follow-up care. I really appreciated that during the procedure she explained at times what was happening and how the surgery was progressing. I would highly recommend Dr. Lioa.

Dr. Liao saw our teenager for an urgent Head and Neck appointment. Our child had gone almost two weeks with an ear infection that did not respond to two different antibiotics. Dr. Liao read our child’s file in detail before the appointment and listened to our concerns. Dr. Liao checked for and confirmed hearing loss, patiently suctioned infection and debris out of our child’s ear with care, and applied topical treatments into the ear canal by spray. Dr. Liao communicated all that was being done throughout the appointment, did not rush, and readily responded to our questions. A follow up plan was made and a future appointment scheduled. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

Avoid at all costs

Dr. Liao rushed the appointment I had with her. She interrupted me every time I said anything, and didn’t ask enough questions to ask about my condition and symptoms. I have never had an experience that is worse. She must have said: I don’t know, at least, 6 times and was holding the door open as she was leaving less than 10 minutes after I had met her. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Liao based on my experience and am worried and disappointed to know that she would be anyone else’s medical doctor. No bedside manners and a medical intuition and knowledge that seems to be seriously and practically lacking. My husband was also repelled by her unfriendly and very abrupt harsh demeanor.
