Super Dr., Caring, Thorough, Goes the Extra Mile
I was new to this area, and was looking for a Dermatologist to take over multiple skin conditions. Out of sheer luck, I got an appointment with Dr. Satcher. She was easy to talk to, and really listened. She gave me a thorough intake examination to evaluate existing skin issues, and checked if there were any new problems. She immediately corrected one diagnosis, and treated it thereby eliminating long-term discomfort. Another issue had gotten worse, with 4 Drs. and 4 diagnoses, over more than 10 years. Dr. Satcher followed the last diagnosis, a biopsy, with further worsening. She was not content with this, so she contacted a dermatologist named 'best in Atlanta' on this condition. She got me an appointment long before I could have on my own. A biopsy showed that all 4 diagnoses during more than 10 past years were incorrect. Dr. Satcher now manages this issue using information from the specialist. I have improved and I look and feel so much better. She never gave up. She is terrific!

The best of the best! Kind, thorough and caring
Dr. Satcher is kind, caring and thorough, and I’m incredibly thankful to have her as my son and daughter’s pediatric dermatologist. She has treated both of my children for skin conditions, and we look forward to staying under her care for years to come. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always puts me at ease. In addition to her impeccable bedside manner, she is gentle, kind and loving - all qualities of the utmost importance to me when looking for a provider for my children. She is incredibly communicative and always able to take the time to see my children. I’m very thankful for Dr. Satcher, her kindness and care for my family!

not quite sure
i have always gone to dermatologists and had simple moles removed off my back . She told me I had to come on surgery day and have them removed. I finally talked her into taking two tags off me which didn't work at all. I had to call her again because my prescription wasn't called in. There was also a speaker in the room which had a great sound and I asked her if the music was actually coming from the little speaker in the room and she said no, the walls were thin. I then went and put my ear up to the speaker where the sound was coming out! What was that all about. Arrogance? Generally, I wouldn't care about any of this trivia but the fact that she really couldn't be bothered with anything I had to say or doing these standard things that I have had done my whole life just left me completely unsatisfied
