Love the nurse practitioner Kelly! She was awesome!! However, her medical assistant is horrible! I have been going to this office for about 8 years and have loved the receptionist, nutritionist and everyone else I have interacted with. If I don't go back, it will be because of this medical assistant! She is so rude, she needs to go back to training and learn the meaning of being a "caregiver"

I don't even feel like I saw a medical doctor. No pelvic exam for severe cramping, just an ultrasound order. When that came back negative, she said she didn't know what to tell me. I requested my medical records while I was at the office to take to another doctor, but they wouldn't give them to me. I filled out a form for them to be sent to me, but they never were. After two phone calls asking for them, I still don't have them. Poorly run practice, unfriendly and unaccountable employees.
