May 2023 MVA daughter and friend stabilized & airlifted to Egleston, saved her life, both have fully recovered, thank you Keri and all the staff that, too many too recall, you guys don't too often get updates once you've treated and released but as an ex paramedic in trauma centers I want to thank each and every individual involved with her care, Thanks a million Tim Szanyi

Run the other way! Keri was very perky and tried to be friendly. Her bedside manner was fairly good. However, on every other aspect of patient care she is clueless. I gave her 1 star because she smiled as she articulated exactly what she saw on her screen. She is like a medical article with a ton of references. Unfortunately, for patients and insurance companies she has no real understanding of what's happening around her in a clinical setting. If you want someone who knows what she is doing, or to take care of you, she will fall very short. Keri second guesses her own decisions and offers non practical unachievable goals. She does this with a smile runs out and sends the nurse. She relies on the PC to practice and doesn't look up long enough to see the patient. She can't hear or relate to the patient in her face. Virtual practice or research in a scripted environment, may be a good fit. Direct patient care, in person care, especially in an ER setting is not her thing.
