Dr. Ker-Chow Chang, MD

During Covid. My parents had a lot of health issues. Dr Chang was recommended since we live near his La Habra location. It has since closed. Dr Chang was forgetting their medical history. During the visits he get my parents records mixed up, But we stay because both he and his assailant spoke mandarin. In 2021 my dad had high PSA. Dr Chang referred him to a pulmonologist. We went to the doctor and he told us and I quote” why are you coming to see me, you should be seeing a urologist! “ that was the last draw. We stopped seeing Dr Chang altogether. Btw, my dads lung was fine. There is no reason for the pulmonologist referral.

My husband had a catheter placed in him at an emergency room during vacation and Dr. Chang took the catheter out. Our first visit with Dr. Chang was great. Very kind, caring doctor who spent ample time with us answering all questions. He even did a follow up call the next day to be sure my husband was doing well. I decided to switch doctors and go with Dr. Chang.

Called to ask if they did Class A DMV physical's and they said yes. Went in for a Class A DMV physical. Dr. said he could do it. Paid $60 (Dr was nice and gave a small discount). Took paperwork to DMV and turns out he wasn't certified to conduct. Now I have to pay $91 for a certified physical. Tried to get a refund, but Dr said no because services were rendered and it took a lot of time - the WRONG services. I ordered a Class A DMV physical and that merits a refund. Very unprofessional.
