Yes she does talk about her personal life and I like it. I’m an educator and she was talking about her daughter’s first year in high school experience. I think she tries to make connections to her patients so they feel comfortable. I felt like I was talking to a friend which made it easier to share medical issues. She also doesn’t rush your time with her.

My appointment with Dr. Dean was very unprofessional. She has terrible bedside manner, complained about other patients, was very rough during examination, did not thoroughly explain, used swear words, etc. Most of the appointment time was used giving a very unproductive discussion about patients she sees. She gave very little MEDICAL information/instruction/advice. She will treat you like a number, not a human being. I have filed a complaint with the insurance and the Georgia State medical board

I enjoy Dr. Dean. She takes interest in my overall health and trajectory of my life and life events. We have had a bit of trouble getting chronic health problems resolved or stabilized. Availability is difficult at Kaiser.
