Office manager is terrible
I haven’t been to see the doctor in many years. I’m now back in the area and wanted to see him. I was told there’s an alert on my account due to a past balance. I offered to pay it. It has been years since I’ve been here so I wasn’t aware there was anything outstanding. So the woman put me on hold and came back to say the office manager won’t let me pay it to be seen. Once again money trumps healthcare. I offered to pay and they wanted nothing to do with me. Called another doctor my family knows, gave him my insurance and will be seeing him today. Beware if you go here. You are not important, just what you pay them.

In routine blood work and urine test saw signs of a problem. Willyard wanted to wait 6 months and check again. I insisted I see a specialist. Willyard chuckled but made an appointment for me with a specialist. Turned out I had cancer. If I had not insisted the cancer would not have been found in the early stages.
