The arrogance of this dude
Very dismissive to the patient when speaking to them. Something about his attitude reminds me exactly of his now former boss Dr Eva Chalas. This office should be avoided. Try the group at Stonybrook . Trust me - I’ve had cervical cancer and breast cancer.

Dr. Chan puts his ego first and his patient's sense of well being second. He does not make you feel comfortable, especially if you ask questions. As a result, I cancelled my scheduled procedure with him.

I have been going to Dr. Chan since 2009 and he will be my doctor for life. The doctor is very caring, patient, never in a rush ,always willing to answer your questions and concerns. Since I go often to the doctor most of the staff know me by name and they are very professional very caring very understanding and it's never a problem to get an appointment. I highly recommend this doctor and if I could I would give him 100 stars!

Dr. Chan is very easy going and answers all your questions. I considered switching to a doctor closer to home, but I have been with him for many years (and a few surgeries) and decided the care was worth the commute.

Dr Chan is an amazing dr, very knowledgeable and professional. Doesn’t talk much “outside the box”, he will tell you everything about your condition but he won’t engage in unrealistic promises of any kind. For me, dr Chan was/is one of God’s blessings, I’m grateful for all his work and I highly recommend him.
